EOD Crimper
Minimizing the number of tools a bomb technician needs to carry, ICOR’s multi-purpose, aluminum, EOD hand-tool combines a Cap Crimper with Powder Punch and Tube/ Fuse cutter. Designed for single-handed operation, the EOD Crimper makes a single crimp in one motion. The crimper insert is made of stainless steel and is replaceable. The replaceable cutting blade insert will easily handle NONEL tube and fuse and detonation cord from 1/16 inches to 3/16 inches diameter. The cutting base is notched to allow powders to be released as the fuse or cord is being cut. The Powder Punch is stowed inside the handle and flips outwards when required. The EOD Crimper can be used for European and North American sized blasting cable.
