Non-Magnetic Tools

Non-Magnetic/ Non-Sparking hand tools make the workplace safer by reducing the risk of fire or explosions. These quality tools are manufactured from alloys which make the tools non-magnetic, non-corrosive, and non-sparking.

Ideal for working on UXO (Unexploded Ordnance), ICOR's Non-Magnetic/ Non-Sparking tools have the approval of FMRC (Factory Mutual Research Corporation) standards. Organizations such as OHSA (Occupational Health & Safety Administration), NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), and MSHA (Mine Safety & Health Administration) recommend the use of Non-Sparking tools where hazardous flammable or combustion vapours, liquids, dust or residues are present.

The Non-Magnetic tools are tested to meet MIL-I-17214 standards as defined by the United States Government for Non-Magnetic hand tools. This enables our tools to be used near sensitive magnetic equipment.

The Non-Sparking tools have a variety of industrial applications; including petroleum & chemical manufacturing and explosive and blasting activities in both underground and open-pit mining and quarry operations.
