ICOR Robot Helps with Pipe Bombs Incident in New Jersey

The world can be a dangerous place—especially for bomb squads.

Just look to September 18, 2016, when a bag of pipe bombs was discovered near a train station in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

As authorities tried to disarm it, one of the bombs accidentally detonated. But there were no injuries. Not a single one.

It’s becoming increasingly clear that tactical robots can be of great benefit to First Responders who work to keep the world safe.
