“Two bomb techs from the Michigan State Police Grayling Crime Lab Bomb Squad visited the Gaylord High School Robotics Club Wednesday afternoon.

Sgt. Dan Collard and Sgt. Steve Hickman demonstrated a F6A Remotec robot and a T5 Icor Technology robot to eight students and several GHS staff members.

The two Michigan State Police bomb techs travel with a bomb squad vehicle and equipment from Central Michigan north to the bridge and into the Upper Peninsula covering criminal threats, military munition (such as weapons and ammunition) and destruction of old explosives.” Read More
